My journey began as a communications officer in the U.S. Air Force, where I learned the value of discipline, strategic planning, and high-stakes project management. These skills became the foundation for my work in the technology sector, where I served in customer success roles at Microsoft, overseeing key enterprise accounts and managing large-scale service engagements with a focus on seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

As I transitioned from tech to home renovations, I applied my background in operations and customer care to create a business that meets homeowners' highest expectations. At Signature Renovating, we’re not just about completing projects—we’re about transforming spaces with quality, craftsmanship, and a deep commitment to bringing your vision to life. From start to finish, my team and I work closely with each client, ensuring every detail is managed with precision and care.

Outside of work, I’m a mom who loves spending time with my family, especially enjoying the outdoors through hiking, gardening, and cooking together. I’m an avid reader, and there’s nothing better than diving into a good book after a long day. My husband, Justus, owns Signature Decks, and together, we share a passion for creating spaces where families can connect, unwind, and make lasting memories.

As Operations Manager, I’m proud to lead Signature Renovating with a foundation of expertise, integrity, and a commitment to quality. With over 20 years of experience mastering both new home construction and large-scale renovations, I've managed projects from custom homes to complete residential transformations.

My role at Signature Renovating extends beyond typical operations; as an estimator, designer, planner, and coordinator, I work closely with our clients, vendors, and subcontractors to bring each vision to life. My background in engineering and manufacturing complements my construction experience, allowing me to tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions and a meticulous eye for detail.

My approach to project management centers around transparent communication and efficient execution. Known for going the extra mile, I’ve developed trusted relationships with industry professionals and built a network of reliable vendors and skilled tradespeople. From initial client planning to coordinating our carpentry team and scheduling trusted subcontractors for drywall, roofing, and painting, I ensure every part of the project aligns with the client’s vision. Whether it's a custom home, a basement build-out, or a complete home renovation, I bring foresight and dedication to ensure each project runs smoothly from start to finish.
